Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F ( 175 degrees C ). Grease and flour a 9-inch loaf pan.

4.In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to egg mixture and mix well. Fold in the grated zucchinis and pine nuts.
5.Pour mixture into the prepared loaf pan. Place in preheated oven and bake for 50-60 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
