1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
4 tablespoons white wine
2 tablespoons seafood stock or 2 tablespoons clam juice

8 ounces cream cheese , cut into small pieces
1 lb peeled crawfish tail
1/4 cup fresh parsley , chopped
1/4 cup green onion , chopped
1 loaf French bread

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2.In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
3.Add the mirepoix and cook until softened.

5.Add the white wine and seafood stock until it has reduced by half.
