Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2.In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and heavy cream.
3.In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced yellow onion and celery and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
4.Add the salt, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, Creole seasoning, and flour to the pan and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
