1 pound lean ground beef
1 1/2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

1 egg
1/2 cup barbeque sauce
1/2 cup peach preserves

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

3.Roll mixture into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
4.Place meatballs into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

6.Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through.
