3 lbs chicken wings , cut at joint , wing tips removed
1 bottle creamy caesar salad dressing , regular or ( 475 ml ) bottle light caesar salad dressing
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons pepper

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C)
