3 cans beef consomme ( preferably low sodium )
1 can tomato soup ( preferably low sodium )
4 carrots , chopped
3 celery ribs , chopped
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 cups cabbage , coarsely cut
1 potato , diced

Instructions
