Ingredients

1 cup cabbage , shredded
400 g mutton mince , washed and drained
3 eggs
2 small onions , chopped
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
salt
1 tablespoon garam masala powder
1/2 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
3 -4 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon ghee
3 sprigs coriander leaves , to garnish

Instructions

4.Divide the mixture into 8-10 portions and roll them into sausage-shaped kebabs.
5.Whisk the remaining egg in a separate bowl and dip each kebab in it.
6.Heat the oil and ghee in a pan.
7.Fry the dipped kebabs in the pan until golden brown on all sides, turning occasionally.
8.Serve hot with coriander leaves sprinkled on top.
