Ingredients

3/4 cup water
6 tablespoons unsalted butter , cut into cubes
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups basil leaves , gently packed
4 large eggs
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
3.In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, combine water, butter, and salt until the butter has melted.
4.Add the flour, and stir until the mixture comes together and forms a ball.
5.Remove from heat, and let cool for 2-3 minutes.
6.Beat in eggs, one at a time, whisking well after each addition, until smooth.
7.Fold in basil leaves and parmesan cheese. Mix well.
8.Spoon the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a large star tip.
9.Pipe 1-inch mounds of dough onto the prepared baking sheets.
10.Bake for 20-25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Serve immediately.
