Cake :
1/2 cup butter , softened
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg ( optional )
1 cup buttermilk
1 mango - peeled , seeded and diced
1 cup raspberries

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
2.To make the crumb topping, combine flour, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
3.In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
4.Add egg and vanilla, and beat well.
5.In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and nutmeg. Gradually add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk. Beat well after each addition.
6.Fold in mango and raspberries.
7.Transfer mixture into the greased baking dish and sprinkle the crumb topping over the batter.
8.Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack and serve.
