2 onions , peeled and sliced thickly
2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves or 1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 cans butter beans , drained
4 tablespoons creme fraiche
2 tablespoons tomato puree
100 ml red wine
1 teaspoon sugar ( optional )

4 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried garlic granules or 1 -2 garlic clove , peeled and minced finely
2 tomatoes , sliced thinly

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
