1 lb lean ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning ( I use Ortega Smoky Chipotle )
1/2 cup water
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup salsa or 1 cup taco sauce , your favorite strength
1 cup shredded lettuce
4 slices tomatoes
4 slices onions

Instructions

1.Preheat grill to medium high heat.

8.Top with a 1/4 cup of salsa or taco sauce before covering them with the top half of the bun. Serve immediately.
