Ingredients

400 g chicken ( thick pieces )
2 teaspoons garlic paste
2 teaspoons ginger paste
1 teaspoon red chili powder
salt
1/2 teaspoon clove powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 cup lowfat curds
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
3 teaspoons masala paste ( made of green chillies , browned onion and corriander stalks )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F.
2.Mix together the garlic paste, ginger paste, red chili powder, salt, clove powder, cinnamon and olive oil in a bowl.
3.Rub the mixture over the chicken pieces and leave to marinate for an hour.
4.In another bowl, combine low fat curds, balsamic vinegar, and masala paste. Mix well.
5.Put the chicken pieces on an oven tray and grill in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
6.Baste the chicken with the curd and vinegar mixture and grill for a further few minutes.
7.Serve hot with your choice of sides.
