hoisin sauce , to taste

Instructions

1.Preheat grill to medium-high heat
2.In a bowl, mix pork with diced garlic, oyster sauce, sugar, sake, fish sauce, oil, five-spice powder, and fresh ground pepper
3.Grill pork for 3-4 minutes per side, until fully cooked
4.For sauce, mix fish sauce, sugar, hot water, crushed garlic, Thai chile, and lime, to taste
5.Cook vermicelli according to package instructions and drain
6.To assemble salad, place lettuce, bean sprouts, mint, cilantro, carrot, and cucumber in a bowl
7.Top with cooked vermicelli and grilled pork
8.Garnish with chopped peanuts and serve with hoisin sauce on the side
