8 flour tortillas
1 can heart-healthy condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup salsa verde
1 cup deli buffalo-style chicken dip
2 cups shredded cooked breast meat from deli rotisserie chicken
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.In a medium bowl, combine the condensed cream of chicken soup, salsa verde, and buffalo-style chicken dip.
3.In a separate bowl, mix the shredded deli rotisserie chicken with 1/2 cup of the soup mixture.
4.Pour 1/2 cup of the soup mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish coated with nonstick aluminum foil.
5.Divide the chicken mixture among the 8 flour tortillas, rolling each tortilla up tightly and placing seam-side down in the baking dish.
6.Pour the remaining soup mixture over the top of the tortillas, covering them completely.
7.Sprinkle shredded Monterey Jack cheese on top.
8.Cover the dish with nonstick aluminum foil and bake for 30-35 minutes or until heated through.
9.Remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot.
