4 medium potatoes
1 lb ground beef , cooked and drained
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup , undiluted
1 can condensed vegetable beef soup , undiluted
1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.

4.Pour half of the beef mixture over the potatoes.
5.Add the remaining potato slices and then cover it with the remaining beef mixture.
6.Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour or until the potatoes are tender.
