Instructions

1.In a large pot, sauté garlic in olive oil until lightly browned.

4.Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat to a simmer; cook for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

6.Cook for another 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7.Use an immersion blender to blend until smooth. If you don't have an immersion blender, transfer the sauce to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
8.Adjust the seasoning to taste as needed.
