1 large onion , chopped
2 carrots , grated
1 small onion , chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1.Hard boil the eggs for approximately 10 minutes, then allow them to cool before peeling and chopping into small pieces.
2.Rinse the chicken livers well and pat them dry.
3.In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and grated carrots, then sauté until the onions are translucent.
4.Add the chicken livers to the skillet and cook until they are brown on the outside and pink on the inside.
5.Transfer the liver, onions, and carrots to a food processor and blend into a smooth paste.
6.In the same skillet, heat the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped small onion and sauté until it’s translucent.
7.Add the liver paste to the skillet and stir in the chicken stock. Cook until the mixture has thickened.
