1 lb skirt steak ( or cut of your choice )
1 garlic clove , chopped
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup light soy sauce
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 medium yellow onion , sliced into rings
1 large ime juice
pepper
1 large green pepper , sliced into strips
1 large yellow pepper , sliced into strips

Instructions

1.In a large resealable bag, add the skirt steak, chopped garlic, cumin, cilantro, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, liquid smoke and lime juice. Massage the marinade into the steak and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
2.Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and sprinkle with pepper. Sear the steak on both sides until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from pan and let rest on a cutting board.
3.In the same skillet, sauté the onion and peppers until lightly browned and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
4.Thinly slice the steak against the grain and return it to the skillet with the onions and peppers. Toss everything together until heated through. Serve with warm tortillas and your favorite toppings, such as salsa, guacamole, cheese and sour cream.
