Instructions

1.In a stand mixer bowl, pour in warm water, olive oil, sugar, salt, flour, bread machine yeast, and cornmeal.

3.Mix all the ingredients using a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook. Mix until dough is smooth and elastic, about 8 minutes.

8.Mix sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl. Drain the fried doughnuts on a paper towel, and then dip them in the cinnamon sugar mix.
