Ingredients

1 bunch Brussels sprout ( preferable on the stalk )
3 -4 slices bacon , diced
2 tablespoons good balsamic vinegar

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2.Cut the bottom stem off each Brussels sprout and remove any yellow or brown outer leaves. Wash and dry the sprouts, then slice into halves.
3.In a skillet over medium heat, cook the diced bacon until crispy and golden brown. Remove the cooked bacon from the skillet and set aside.
4.In the same skillet with the bacon grease, add the halved Brussels sprouts and cook until lightly browned.
5.Transfer the Brussels sprouts to a baking dish and add in the cooked bacon. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the top of the Brussels sprouts and bacon.
6.Roast the Brussels sprouts and bacon in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until tender and lightly caramelized. Serve immediately.
