1 can diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 tablespoon curry powder ( to taste )
2 teaspoons chicken base
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper ( to taste )
half cup heavy cream or light cream
1 can tomato soup ( Campbell 's of course )

Instructions
