12 large tomatoes | |
1 1/3 cups sour cream | |
1 1/3 cups mayonnaise | |
2 teaspoons salt | |
1/2 teaspoon pepper | |
3 teaspoons parsley | |
2 teaspoons basil | |
6 teaspoons flour | |
3 teaspoons granulated sugar |
1. | Preheat broiler to high |
2. | Cut tops off tomatoes and hollow out centers |
3. | In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, parsley, basil, flour, and sugar |
4. | Stuff tomatoes with mixture |
5. | Broil for 5-10 minutes, until tops are golden brown |
6. | Serve hot |
