HEALTH & BENEFITS

Despite being high in calories and fat, potatoes are a good source of potassium, vitamin C, and fiber.
Eating potatoes with the skin on can also provide additional nutrients such as iron and vitamin B-6. However, it is important to remember that the health benefits of potatoes can be counteracted if they are prepared in unhealthy ways such as deep-frying.
