1 head broccoli
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp honey
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1.Cut the broccoli into small pieces and place in a large bowl

3.In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt and pepper
4.Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and stir until well combined
5.Cover the bowl and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving
