4 eggs

1 cup mozzarella cheese or 1 cup asiago cheese , shredded

Instructions

6.Add the cooked broccoli rabe to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes, then transfer to the mixing bowl.
7.Crack 4 eggs into the mixing bowl and stir gently to combine all ingredients.
8.Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch casserole dish.
9.Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the mixture.
10.Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted.
