Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/2 cup warm milk

3 tablespoons sugar
2 egg yolks
125 g butter , softened and chopped
120 g dark chocolate , chopped into chunks about 15 g each

Instructions

1.Combine flour and yeast in a large mixing bowl. Make a well in center.

8.Place the balls seam side down in a greased muffin pan or a baking tray. Cover with a towel and let it rest for another 20 minutes.
9.Brush the tops with beaten egg and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
10.Remove from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack.
