1 teaspoon curry powder
2 chicken leg quarters , meat removed and cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 pound tiger prawns , peeled and deveined
1/2 pound cubed fully cooked ham
2 bay leaves
salt and pepper to taste
1 can coconut milk
1 cup uncooked glutinous white rice

Instructions

1.Rinse the uncooked glutinous white rice and drain.

4.Add the chicken and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

7.Transfer everything to a rice cooker or a large saucepan.
8.Add salt and pepper to taste, and pour in the coconut milk.
9.Cook the mixture until the rice is fully cooked and the liquid has been absorbed, for around 20-25 minutes in a rice cooker or 30-35 minutes in a saucepan.
10.Remove the bay leaves and serve the Bringhe hot.
