lavosh cracker
chutney , and
muscatel , to serve

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
2.Spread the hazelnuts in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 12-15 minutes or until the skins start to crack.
3.Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
4.Rub the cooled nuts between your hands to remove the skins.
5.In a frying pan, toast the sesame seeds, coriander seeds, and cumin seeds over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes or until fragrant.
6.Add the hazelnuts to the pan and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
7.Add the salt and black pepper and then transfer the mixture to a mortar and pestle.
8.Grind the mixture until medium-fine in texture
9.Remove the brie from the fridge and place it onto a serving plate.
10.Spoon the dukkah over the top of the cheese.
11.Serve with lavosh crackers, chutney, and muscatel.
