1/3 cup butter , melted
1 tablespoon butter

8 ounces brie cheese , diced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley , chopped

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add shallots and cook until softened.

4.Remove the pan from heat and add diced brie cheese to the mixture. Stir in chopped parsley.

6.Place 1 tablespoon of the brie mixture in the center of each triangle. Fold the pastry over to enclose the mixture, forming a triangle.
7.Place the triangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with melted butter.
8.Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
