Instructions

1.In a large bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Allow the mixture to sit for 5 minutes, or until yeast has dissolved.
2.Add powdered milk, 3 tablespoons olive oil, salt, and 2 teaspoons oregano, then gradually mix in flour until fully combined.
3.On a floured surface, knead the dough for 5 minutes, then lay it into a greased 10x15 inch baking sheet.
4.Preheat oven to 170 C, and let the dough rise for another 20 minutes.
5.Brush breadsticks with remaining olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese, garlic powder, garlic salt, onion powder, and oregano.
6.Bake breadsticks in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown, then cut into sticks and serve with your favorite sauce.
