Ingredients

2 cups warm water
3/8 teaspoon active dry yeast
1 pinch sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
3 1/2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

1.Add 2 Cups of warm water to a bowl. Stir in yeast and sugar. Let sit for 5-10 minutes.
2.Add salt, bread flour, whole wheat flour and olive oil to the bowl. Mix on a low speed for 5 minutes or until well combined.
3.Transfer the dough to an oiled bowl and cover it. Let it rise for 2 hours.
4.Preheat the oven to 425°F. Take out the dough, stretch it and fold it 4 times. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
5.Divide the dough into two and stretch both pieces into flat rectangular loaves. Sprinkle cornmeal on top and cover with flour.
6.Move them to a baking tray, brush them with olive oil and sprinkle some rosemary and marjoram. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
7.Let the loaves cool for a few minutes before serving.
