Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and this Bread Crust Zucchini Quiche is an excellent way to start your day on a healthy note. It is a variation of the classic French dish, Quiche Lorraine, which is usually made with a buttery shortcrust pastry filled with bacon, cheese, and cream. This quiche is a lighter, healthier version that is perfect for those who want to indulge in a tasty breakfast without sacrificing their health. The bread slices serve as a crust, eliminating the need for a pastry crust. The vegetables, eggs, and cheese make a nutritious filling that is both satisfying and flavorful. Serve this quiche hot or cold with a side of fresh fruit for a balanced breakfast.

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.
