Instructions

1.In a saucepan, mix water and 3 tbsp brown sugar, bring to boil.
2.Add banana slices in the saucepan and cook until soft for about 10 minutes then remove from the heat and set aside.
3.In a mixing bowl, combine wheat flour, wheat germ, rolled oats, 1 cup of brown sugar, margarine, and cinnamon until crumbly.
4.Preheat the oven to 350°F then spread half of the crumbly mixture into a greased 9-inch pie dish.
5.Add the cooked bananas on top of the mixture.
6.Finally, sprinkle with the remaining crumbly mixture.
7.Bake the pie for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
8.Allow it to cool down before serving.
