1 can sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup milk , plus
2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2.Place the sugar into a small saucepan and heat over medium-high heat. Stir constantly until the sugar has melted and turns golden brown in color.

4.In a large bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, set aside.
5.In another large bowl, whisk egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, and milk until well combined. Pour in the sugar syrup and gentle mix it. Finally, fold in the egg whites.
6.Pour mixture into the coated cake pan.
7.Fill a large baking dish with water and place the cake pan into the dish. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
8.Bake for around 45 minutes or until slightly firm in the middle. Remove the cake pan from the baking dish. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
9.Invert the dessert onto a serving plate.
