1 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 medium bananas
2 cups coffee ice cubes ( frozen coffee , more or less depending on how much coffee and thickness you want )
Splenda sugar substitute , to taste ( optional )

Instructions

1.Brew your coffee and let it cool.
