The Brazilian Flan, also known as Pudim De Leite, is a sweet custard dessert that's popular in Brazil and other Latin American countries. It's similar to a crème caramel or flan, but it has a distinct flavor from the caramelized sugar which coats the bottom of the bundt pan.

Instructions

.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
.In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the sugar on low-medium heat until it caramelizes, stirring constantly.
.Pour the caramel into a 9 inch (23 cm) bundt pan to coat the bottom, tipping it to spread the caramel evenly.
.In a blender, blend the condensed milk, whole milk, and eggs together for around a minute until smooth.
.Pour the mixture into the bundt pan over the caramel, cover the pan with aluminum foil.
.Place the bundt pan in a deep tray and add hot water to the tray until it reaches halfway up the bundt pan.
.Bake the flan in the oven for around an hour, check for doneness by inserting a toothpick, it should come out clean when done.
.Once the flan has cooled to room temperature, refrigerate it for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
.To serve, carefully loosen the edges of the flan with a knife, place a serving dish on top of the bundt pan, and flip it over.
