Ingredients

16 slices rye bread
1/2 cup brown mustard
32 slices swiss cheese ( or 1 lb . thinly sliced Swiss cheese )
8 fully cooked bratwursts , sliced thinly on the diagonal
melted butter
nonstick cooking spray
This Brat and Swiss Cheese Panini is a hearty yet effortless sandwich that is perfect for lunch or dinner. Instructions

1.Preheat the panini press
2.Take two slices of rye bread and spread brown mustard on the inside of each slice
3.Add four slices of Swiss cheese on one slice of bread, then add the sliced bratwurst
4.Finish by adding four more slices of Swiss cheese on top of the bratwurst
5.Top with another slice of bread and brush both sides of the sandwich with melted butter
6.Place on the preheated panini press and cook until the bread is toasted and cheese is melted
