Ingredients

100 g softened butter
100 g light brown sugar
100 g self raising flour
2 medium eggs
4 tablespoons milk
225 g bramley apples , peeled , cored and diced
100 g toffee pieces
150 ml double cream

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 190C/170C fan/gas 5.
2.In a bowl, cream the softened butter and light brown sugar using an electric mixer until the mixture is pale and fluffy.
3.Gradually add in the eggs and mix well; then add in the flour and mix until smooth.
4.Fold in the diced Bramley apples and toffee pieces using a wooden spoon.
5.Grease four ramekins and divide the mixture between them.
6.Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until well risen and firm to the touch.
7.Serve the puddings hot with a generous drizzle of double cream.
