3 lbs boneless round steak or 3 lbs chuck steaks
1/3 cup flour

1 can beef broth

1/2 cup mango chutney
1 1/2 cups rice
1 package mixed vegetables

Instructions

4.In the same skillet, add beef broth, ground ginger, curry powder, and chopped onion. Bring to a boil.
5.Reduce heat to low, add mango chutney and return the beef to the skillet.
6.Cover and simmer for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until beef is tender, stirring occasionally.
7.Cook rice according to package instructions in a separate pot.
8.In a separate pot, add water and bring to a boil. Add mixed vegetables and cook for 5-7 minutes or until they are cooked to your liking.
