2 lamb shanks

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 320°F (160°C).

4.In the same pot, add the remaining olive oil, then garlic and preserved lemon slices. Sauté for 2 minutes.
5.Add the white wine, chicken broth, and rosemary to the pot, bring to a boil, and then return the lamb shanks to the pot.
6.Add the pearl onions to the pot, cover with a lid, and place it in the preheated oven for 2-3 hours.
7.Remove the lid, check that the lamb is fall-off-the-bone tender, and spoon the sauce over the lamb shanks before serving.
