2 1/2 - 3 tablespoons sendai miso ( dark bean paste )
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons sake
2 teaspoons white sesame seeds

Instructions

1.Wash and trim the eggplant, cut into 2 inch pieces.
