Ingredients

1/2 cup oil or 1/2 cup lard
5 ounces bacon
3 medium Spanish onions
2 -3 tablespoons sweet Hungarian paprika
6 -8 cubanelle peppers
6 -8 plum tomatoes
10 medium eggs
3 lbs flank steaks or 3 lbs sirloin steaks
4 tablespoons flour
3 -4 cups beef stock
1 lb sour cream
2/3 cup dry red wine
Braised Beef Roll "CSAKY" style is a traditional Hungarian dish that consists of beef rolls stuffed with bacon, onions and peppers, then braised in a rich tomato sauce. Instructions

20.In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sour cream and a ladle-full of the pan juices until smooth.
21.Remove the toothpicks or twine and slice the rolls into rounds.
