Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

5.Pour in marinara sauce, red wine, and Italian seasoning. Return beef to the pot.
6.Add the water, cover and cook in the oven until the meat is tender, about 2 hours.
7.Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
