Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts ( filet and pound flat )
1/4 lb prosciutto , sliced super thin
1 bunch parsley , finely chopped
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese or 1/4 cup parmigiano-reggiano cheese
2 eggs
1/4 cup grated provolone cheese
1 bunch basil leaves
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
3 garlic cloves , minced

2 cans roma tomatoes , crushed
1 tablespoon basil
