Instructions

1.Add rice mix to a large bowl and rinse thoroughly with water.
2.In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
3.Add rice mix into the saucepan of boiling water, stir well, cover with a tight-fitting lid and lower the heat to low.
4.Simmer for 20 minutes, then remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes.
5.In a frying pan, sauté diced bell pepper and green chilies for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
6.Stir in the cooked rice, add cumin, and mix well.
7.Serve hot and enjoy!
