1 lb topside mince
1 onion ( grated )
1/4 cup oil
pepper
salt
2 tablespoons tomato paste ( diluted with water )
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 eggs ( beat in a cup )
2 tablespoons marsala wine
1 cup grated feta cheese
1 phyllo pastry
unsalted butter ( for buttering phyllo pastry )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2.In a pan, cook the mince and grated onion with oil, pepper, and salt until browned.

4.Remove from heat and let cool. Mix in the feta cheese and beaten eggs.
5.Melt unsalted butter. Take one sheet of the phyllo pastry and brush it with butter. Fold it in half to create a square.
6.Add 1 tablespoon of the mince mixture to the bottom corner of the square and fold the pastry into a triangle shape. Repeat until all the ingredients are used up.
7.Brush the tops of the triangles with butter and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
