Instructions

1.In a small bowl, dissolve yeast and 1 teaspoon of sugar in 1/4 cup of warm water.
2.In a large mixing bowl, whisk 1 egg, 1 egg yolk, oil, rose water, vanilla, and salt together.
3.Add 2 cups of flour and 1/2 cup of water to the egg mixture and mix until smooth.

5.Gradually stir in the remaining flour until a soft dough forms.

7.Preheat your oven to 375°F.
8.Divide the dough into 12 pieces and shape into rolls.
9.Place on a baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle with the remaining sesame seeds.
10.Allow to rest for 20 minutes, then bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
