1/2 lb haddock , cut into 3/4 pieces

1/2 lb mussels , in shells

2 small lobsters
2 small lobster heads
4 garlic cloves , minced
2 green onions , coarsely chopped
4 small white potatoes , peeled and cut into bite-size cubes
3 tablespoons olive oil
8 sprigs thyme
2 sprigs rosemary
2 sprigs tarragon
4 sage leaves
4 sprigs parsley
6 basil leaves
2 cups fish stock
2 tomatoes , skinned and diced
4 lettuce leaves ( for serving )

Instructions
