Instructions

1.In a blender, blend red onion, garlic, ginger, coriander powder, chili powder, cashews, and tomatoes into a fine paste.

3.Scoop out the flesh from a bottlegourd and grate it. Wrap it in a muslin cloth and squeeze out all excess water.
4.In a bowl, mix the grated bottlegourd, finely chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, green chili pepper, salt, and gram flour to form a dough.
5.Heat oil in a pan. Roll the dough into small balls and carefully place them into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown. Repeat with remaining dough.
6.Add the fried bottle gourd balls to the spicy sauce. Allow it to simmer for a few minutes until the balls are coated with the sauce.
