1 egg yolk whisked in 1 tbsp water
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 pinch baking soda
1 pinch salt
2 egg whites
1 egg yolk
1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine
1/4 cup cold water

Instructions

7.Pour the chicken mixture into the baking dish.
8.Cover the chicken mixture with the rolled-out dough, pressing the edges against the sides of the dish to seal.
9.Brush the egg yolk mixture over the top of the dough.
10.Bake the chicken pie in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Let cool before serving.
